Hi - I'm Sandi, the founder of One Raven, welcome! I've had the privilege of being a part of the hospitality industry for a couple of decades now. My journey began as a bus girl, and it led me all the way to the role of General Manager. The world of hospitality has always held a special place in my heart. One Raven was born from my desire to inspire and nurture the next generation of hospitality professionals, guiding them to discover the immense benefits and joy this incredible industry has to offer. While I may not always have all the answers, you can trust that I'll always have your back and explain the why, just like our avian namesake, the raven. Ravens are renowned for their protective instincts and exceptional communication, qualities that form the bedrock of great teams. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working alongside immensely talented individuals and I am grateful for their time spent investing in me. They have taught me invaluable lessons. I continue to learn and grow, driven by experiences and the mission to create safe and supportive work environments for those in our industry.
